"I wanted to let you know how very much I appreciate the work you presented tonight. I
won't presume to speak for anyone else, but please believe me when I tell you the plans
you presented were so much more than I ever expected. I hope you were able to tell I was
totally dumb-founded when I viewed your blueprints.
I have always been concerned about the welfare of our aging membership and have been
determined to see somehow that everyone understood the necessity of providing a safe
entry to them so they could continue to worship with us. However, I have always been
concerned that providing assisted entry to our buildings would distract from the charm of
our simple building. It was extremely gratifying to find the improvements, as designed by
you, will actually add to the appearance of our place of worship."

"We just want to let you know that Trent and Crew concluded on Thursday evening. We
fed them dinner and congratulated them, and you, on a job well done. We are very happy
with the quality of the work and significant improvement in our livable space.
Roger, your design is a testimony to the value of having an architect translate our ideas into
reality. It would take an educated eye to know that those porches were an addition to an

"The purpose of this letter is to recognize the superb job Roger Schroeder of Architectural
Concepts Group, Inc. did in designing the addition to our house. Roger was ever solicitous
in eliciting our requirements (must have, nice to have, and "always dreamed of having") and
carefully balancing our stated desires with our budget. When various family ideas conflicted,
he did not choose sides but coached us in weighing the pros and cons and helped us arrive at
universally agreeable solutions. Best of all, he routinely took our good ideas and made them
Roger smoothly accommodated a number of challenges. He designed the woodwork, trim
and exterior brickwork in the new section to appear as if it was not an addition at all but part
of the original house, which was built in the 1920s. He gave us direct access to the outside
with a screened porch and deck even though the house is on the slope of a hill with the front
of the house many feet above the rear yard. When the primary project was completed, he
designed a substantial front entry that had immediate curb appeal and befitted the size and
style of the house.
Roger was very easy to work with and always very supportive. He solicited bids for a
general contractor, reviewed the proposals and assisted us with the final selection, resulting
in an architect/contractor team that worked seamlessly for the life of the contract. When we
needed occasional assistance with the contractor, soils experts or city representatives, Roger
smoothly and diplomatically resolved the issues.
Throughout the project he was readily available when selections needed to be made, such as
tile patterns, granite colors, door styles, etc. He always listened to our desires and guided us
to choices that would best suit our needs and the house. We have been absolutely delighted
with his recommendations.
Thanks to Roger, our home is even nicer than we envisioned - handsome in appearance and
thoroughly modern in function. We most strongly recommend this very talented architect
and would use him again for future projects."

done! Each and every one of you are the best in your field, we are looking forward to

Some homeowners like hands-on involvement
at every stage of the project, while others take
more of a big picture view and prefer to leave
the constructions details to their design team.
Maybe you just know that it's time for some
long dreamed of changes to your home, but
you'd prefer to have your architect oversee the
construction process from start to finish for
you. We listen first, and tailor our proposed

suited for you, from design services alone to
full construction administration.
